The staff at reception were excellent. We had an issue with the room and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The free access to Atlantis was excellent. It was lovely walking around the marina.

You can't beat this price especially with the free access to Atlantis! The free breakfast was great also and the rooms are very clean. If I went back to the Bahamas I would stay here again. There's also a lot of great local restaurants & excursions in short walking distance.

Everything was great. Location was perfect, right next to Atlantis and you could use their facilities. The pool area and restaurant were so comfortable, surrounded by palm trees. We were very happy here celebrating our 2 year anniversary. The staff was so nice and friendly, all the problems were solved fast. Also they provided the covid test when returning to the US.

very clean property, the elegant style, beautiful real wood furniture, comfortable, but unfortunately with warm water swimming pool, the hotel has connection with Atlantis swimming pools, good hot breakfasts, fresh and clean beds, good quality pina colada, beautiful, comfortable, clean lobby, always friendly and helpful stuff of this hotel, friendly professional (some people) front desk

I really love that this hotel had value-added amenities such as free hot breakfast, free bottled water each day and access to the amenities at Atlantis. The hotel room was spacious and clean. There's lots to do within a short walk, such as the Versailles Gardens, Atlantis or the marina (where you can catch a ferry to downtown Nassau).

The hotel is on Atlantis Island next to the Atlantis complex and about 30 minutes from the airport. So it gives fast and complimentary access to the fabulous Atlantis amenities, superb beaches and Marina Village. The room and bathroom were large, beds comfy and effective, if noisy, aircon. Breakfast options were limited but enough. Decent pool with bar and towels supplied. We tried restaurants in Marina Village but these were expensive and close to fast food quality. The hotel restaurant was a big contrast to the Atlantis hubbub - a delightful and relaxing find for dinner - table cloth, napkins and chef prepared food from a wide menu giving good value for money. We ended up eating here each night.
